Gundula currently supervises a number of postgraduate student projects:
- Detecting Regional Variation in the Roman Diet.

Background
Gundula Müldner is a bioarchaeologist who specialises in stable isotope analysis of bone for the reconstruction of human and animal diets. She has a background in biological anthropology and early historical archaeology. Her research interests include dietary changes related to cultural and socio-economic transitions in the last 2000 years, as well as questions of diet, health and social identity in the past.Academic qualifications
