Ultra-processed foods: Professor Gunter Kuhnle (Food and Nutritional Sciences) is quoted in The Independent, Mail Online, The Press Journal, Daily Gazette Standard, News Shopper, Warrington Guardian, Norwich Evening News, Telegraph & Argus, The Mail , The National, Bucks Free Press, Echo Online, The Standard, The Courier, Yahoo! News, Express & Star, The Sunday Post, MSN UK, The Irish News,  Aol., The Press, Reading Chronicle, Witney Gazette and many other media outlets via the Press Association, such as South Wales Argus, Belfast Telegraph and Glasgow Times, discussing the statement from the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN) on the topic of ultra-processed food and their impact on health.
