Careers support and opportunities for students recognising as neurodivergent

This is your space for disabled and neurodivergent events and specialist careers support.

Read more on disability and inclusivity to find out how you are protected by the law and supported by specialist organisation and schemes established to aid your job search.

You can access specialised support by making an appointment with a Careers Consultant on MyJobsOnline.

The Careers Service has partnered with Employ-Ability, an inclusion driven not-for-profit organisation that specialises in supporting disabled students and graduates (including neurodivergent and mental health). Employ-Ability run 3 training sessions a semester via zoom.

 Sackers in partnership with EmployAbility

Sackers 2025 internship- In order to apply through EmployAbility you must have a disability, neurodivergence, mental health or long term health condition. These may include autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, visual impairment, hearing impairment, diabetes, epilepsy, depression, anxiety disorders, any other physical or mental impairments or health conditions. 

At the UK's leading specialist law firm for pensions and retirement savings, we advise those responsible for running a trust of contract-based pension arrangement. Most of our clients are trustees and sponsoring employers of occupational pension schemes, including master trusts and more of the UK's top 200 pension schemes than any other law firm. Our client focus and position at the heart of the industry are what set us apart. Though pensions legislation and regulation can be complex and technical, our undiluted focus enables us to give clear and concise advice and to help clients meet their objectives in a timely and pragmatic way.

Application deadline: 15 September

During this two-week internship you will get a taste of working in a city law firm and have an opportunity to build your network.

The internship is full time and will take place from 10-21 November 2025 (these dates are flexible, as long as the internship takes place in November). The working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm.

Pay: £500 per week

Location: You will be based in our sole city office at 20 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7JE
